Return and Refund Process

Order will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days.

● We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you will have to initiate return within 7 days after you receive your order.

● To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

● To initiate a return, you have to mail us at info@petncare.in . Mention your Order Number and Email id through which you have ordered in your mail.

● Once we receive your return request mail, we will send our delivery partner to collect the returned item within 2-3 days. You have to provide the return label along with the item.

● Once we receive your item, we will inspect the quality of the same to ensure the product is in same condition as delivered (unworn, unused).

● Once the quality of the returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate the return amount on your original payment method. Amount may take up-to 2-3 days to reflect in your respective bank account.

● If quality of returned item is not approved, we will not initiate the return.

● Return of following items will not be accepted:

●Toys
●Grooming and Grooming Supplies
●Bowls and feeders

● In case of for Eg: Pack of 3 items, you cannot return 1 or 2 items. Either you have to return pack of 3 or in any other case your order will not be accepted for return. Each 3 items must be in same condition as delivered along with return label otherwise your refund will not be processed.

● If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@petncare.in.

● You can cancel your order before the order has been shipped.

● Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

Shipping Policy

● Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped within 2-4 days.

● You will receive you order within 1-3 days after it has been shipped.

● No shipping charges on return

Exchanges

● No order will be exchanged instead you will get the refund for your order once your return and refund process has been completed.
